About the Founder
Tiffani St.Cloud, CPC, EST, ESS
President & Founder, 4S Lock and Safety
Tiffani St.Cloud is a licensed locksmith, certified security integration professional, and institutional leader who has spent her career at the intersection of expertise, equity, and community service.
Before founding 4S Lock and Safety, Tiffani spent nearly two decades in senior leadership at the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), one of the nation's most respected medical education organizations. There, she led workforce development, education policy, and equity initiatives that shaped the careers of physicians and health professionals across the country. She left institutional life to build something of her own — a security and locksmithing company that brings the same rigor, professionalism, and community commitment to every job, from a residential rekey to a hospital-wide access control deployment.
Tiffani holds certifications as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Electronic Security Technician (EST), and Electronic Security Specialist (ESS). She holds Maryland and Virginia Locksmith Licenses. 4S Lock and Safety is a Maryland minority-owned, woman-owned business positioned to serve institutional, government, and commercial procurement requirements across the Mid-Atlantic.
Based in Hagerstown, Maryland, Tiffani is a civic advocate, community builder, and founding architect of the 4S Lock and Safety Academy — a workforce development program committed to widening access to the locksmithing and security skilled trades for women, veterans, career changers, and underrepresented communities. She is a graduate of Smith College and received her locksmith training through Prince George's Community College's Skilled Trades Program, The School of Lock and Electronic Security, Allegion, dormakaba, and ASSA ABLOY.
