Why We Exist
4S Lock and Safety exists to protect people, secure institutions, and increase safety in the communities we serve. We deliver expert locksmith, access control, and integrated security technology solutions to hospitals, schools, nonprofits, multifamily properties, businesses, government facilities, and residents across Maryland and the Mid-Atlantic region — with the precision of master craftspeople and the heart of community builders.
We exist because every person deserves to feel safe in their home, their school, their workplace, and their community — and because the skilled trades that make that safety possible should be accessible to every person willing to work for it. We are committed to closing the gap between those who need security services and those who provide them, and to ensuring that the professionals who do this work reflect the communities they protect.

We envision a Maryland where the next generation of locksmiths and security technicians find a clear, supported pathway into a profession that respects their genius and rewards their craft.
4S Lock and Safety aspires to be the most trusted name in locksmithing and security integration in the Mid-Atlantic — a company where excellence and equity are inseparable, where the door to opportunity is never locked, and where every customer receives world-class, unbeatable service.
We will build a workforce development academy that widens access to the locksmithing, safety, and security skilled trades for everyone. We will forge relationships with hospitals, localities, school systems, housing authorities, and community institutions that see their vision reflected in ours. And we will grow this company into a vehicle for generational prosperity and employment — not just for our founders, but for every technician, apprentice, and community partner who walks through our doors.

Our workforce development academy makes this commitment structural.
